TAKE A LOOK AT OUR CAMP
 Our
20 campsites, most of which have water and electricity hook-ups,
are well treed and are situated along our 1000 foot sandy
beach. Some of our lakefront campsites are available to rent
on a seasonal basis. Our three, hand crafted 1 1/2 story
log cabins are fully equipped for light housekeeping, offering
cozy comfort in a wilderness setting. All linens, cutlery,
and dishes are supplied.
Highwind Lake Camp is open from the spring to the fall. Our
resort offers unique and different opportunities for wilderness
adventures that change with each season.
Our camp is the only facility on Highwind Lake. This means
our guests don't have to worry about a lot of traffic on the
lake when they head out for a peaceful canoe trip or intense
water-skiing.
The terrain at Highwind is very hilly and rugged. Many of
our guests like to head out with camera in hand when hiking
our old logging roads or climbing our hills to capture the
view of the lake from on high.
Our area is also noted for its blueberries. There are usually
great areas for picking not too far from the camp. There is
a small store on site where our guests can buy souvenirs,
groceries and treats, and fishing licenses. Highwind Lake
Camp also offers boat and canoe rentals and has a diving raft
and water slide to use while swimming.
Modern washroom/shower house facility is centrally located
for the convenience of all our guests.
